Built just up above the centre of Arc 1800 on a site that the resort developers called “Les Arcs’ most beautiful location”, the Edenarc complex is one of the last real-estate developments of this scale that will be built in the Alps.

Fully ski-in, ski-out, it consists of a 4* Appart’ Hotel, the Eden, and a 5* tourism residence, Les Monarques, both managed by Odalys. The second phase of residence Les Monarques will be inaugurated in December 2017 with 41 new apartments comprising 190 beds.
